Feature request: Create a Bootable USB Drive
I can still format and create a bootable floppy disk in Windows 7(it puts on Windows ME's version of DOS no less). Why can I not do this to a USB thumb drive when the FAT or FAT32 option is selected on the format screen? It would be nice if Windows did
it out of the box, without the need to hunt online for a utility to create one. Many BIOSes and firmware require you to boot to to DOS to be installed so a need exists and floppy drives no longer exist on most newer stations.
